Nestled within the established surroundings of St Fintan’s Villas, Blackrock, this boutique residential development combines thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship and high-performance building materials. Developed by Daniel Coyne's Mendell Construction and designed by Fishamble Architects, the scheme comprises three newly constructed homes alongside the renovation of the original 1930s residence. NorDan triple-glazed alu-clad windows and external doors were specified throughout to support the project's focus on energy efficiency, durability and architectural quality. The alu-clad exterior provides long-term weather resistance and reduced maintenance, while the internal timber finish brings warmth and natural character. Slim contemporary profiles complement the Ibstock brick, wet-dash render, green slate roofing and zinc detailing. Large glazed openings maximise natural light and strengthen the connection between the homes and landscaped gardens. The result is a collection of premium contemporary homes that combine comfort, sustainability and enduring design through the use of high-performance NorDan windows and doors.
