Cuan Bui

NorDan is proud to have contributed to the exclusive Cuan Buí development in Malahide, a boutique collection of 12 contemporary homes designed to offer modern, low-maintenance living in one of Dublin's most desirable coastal locations. Situated on Yellow Walls Road, the development combines thoughtful architecture with a strong connection to its natural surroundings, creating homes that are both practical and beautifully designed. Across the scheme, NorDan's high-performance windows and doors help maximise natural light, enhance energy efficiency, and provide the levels of comfort, security, and durability expected in premium modern homes. Carefully selected glazing solutions complement the clean architectural lines of the development while supporting sustainable, future-focused living. The result is a collection of bright, comfortable homes designed for modern lifestyles, demonstrating how quality craftsmanship and high-performance fenestration can elevate residential developments at every scale.
