I have to say the I am very impressed with the service I received from NorDan's customer relations department. Could not recommend this company more!

I was dealing with Joshua and Kayleigh who were both very professional and knowledgeable, they are a credit to the company. They arranged for Bernard to attend my apartment to address some minor issues which were resolved quickly and efficiently. Bernard was also a pleasure to deal with.

 

The quality of the windows is extremely high, but what really stood out was the quality of customer care NorDan showed us. You can get good windows anywhere but you will not get this level of service, so go with NorDan!

Stephen Carter, was the sales rep who first sold us the windows and doors, and he continued to be nothing but helpful, and genuinely interested in our project from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible for us. The fitters went out of their way to ensure the best finish (my house had extremely odd sizes and positioning of the original windows). I have since completely remodelled the inside of the house, but no one seems to notice or care about any of that, they just keep asking about the windows and door!

 

To this day we are really happy with the style, quality and installation. I would totally recommend NorDan.

We had a local company out to put in a front door and backdoor with much regret. We then decided to get new triple glazed windows and started looking around for a different supplier / Installer. We came across NorDan Windows and I dropped in for a chat and met Stephen Carter (very nice Fella). Stephen was very knowledgeable about the window we wanted and made some recommendations. The lads who did the install, they were very clean and tidy and minded not to damage anything during the process.

 

We just completed a huge renovation of a 1970s house and NorDan windows were with us from the start to completion more than a year later.

They were great to deal with and the finished product looks and performs great. Once we had moved back into the house and compiled a list of minor snags, they had a crew out a few days later to sort everything out. Highly recommend. Super professional and easy to deal with.

 

From the very start we experienced excellent advice and planning right through to completion and after sales service.

Really appreciated recommendation on windows for upstairs as we are in a dormer and could not figure how we could access to clean - top hung fully reversible windows were installed. We also wanted to fully open our kitchen windows, no problem to NorDan. Our triple glazed windows and doors really do the job with noise reduction and retaining heat. We opted for aluminium external finish and internal wood painted finish – the quality is excellent and they look great too! Big shout out to Jackie Quinn for her recommendations, meticulous attention to detail and full support throughout the process. Also thanks to Darius, who installed windows, he did an amazing job too.
